Korg Poly-SIX MIDI Kit Overview

This MIDI interface operates in a single direction, receiving MIDI data only. The instrument's keyboard, knobs, sliders, and switches do not send MIDI data.

Key Features:

• Allows control of the Poly-SIX's keyboard via MIDI input.
• Tone parameters and control elements on the front panel remain non-MIDI controllable.
• The keyboard functions simultaneously through manual play and MIDI Note On/Off commands, offering parallel operation.
• Supports a range of 61 MIDI notes (5 octaves).
• MIDI communication channel can be selected by adjusting the DIP switch.

Additional Information:

• The instrument retains all its original features and can still be used as it was prior to the MIDI kit installation.
• Installation is straightforward and requires no modifications to the internal circuits of the Poly-SIX.
